Effective September 6, 2026
99 ASVAB Prep collects no data. Everything you do in the app — answers, scores, progress, handwritten notes — stays on your device or inside your own iCloud account. We never see any of it.
Nothing. The app has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that collect data. It works fully offline.
Your answers, readiness estimates, streaks, and settings are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. Deleting the app deletes them.
If iCloud Drive is enabled, your handwritten notes sync between your devices through your personal, private iCloud container managed by Apple. The notes are accessible only to your Apple Account. We operate no servers and cannot read, receive, or access your notes. If iCloud is off, notes simply stay on the device.
The tutor and daily coach run on Apple Intelligence — Apple's on-device model. Your questions and practice statistics are processed on your device and are never sent to us or to any third party by the app.
The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
